Refund Options:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Custom-made or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Refund Options
- Full Refund: If the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days.
- Store Credit: If the customer prefers, they can receive a store credit instead of a refund.
- Partial Refund: If the item is returned with signs of use or damage, a restocking fee of 15-25% may apply.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to damage or defects, Catch Home Design covers the return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Customers must report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Failure to follow the instructions and terms & conditions outlined below may result in you being held responsible for any damages to, or missing items from, your delivery.
All items are thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control team prior to shipment. Therefore, unless damage occurs during transit, furniture deliveries are received in good condition.
You have both a right and a responsibility to inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery.
Customers who sign for delivery without noting “damage upon delivery” assume full responsibility for any damages found later. If the product appears to be severely damaged or if the wrong item was delivered, you must take photos of the packaging while it is being unloaded or still in the truck, submit those photos to us, and you may refuse the delivery. Please notify Catch Home Design immediately if you refuse a delivery so that we can anticipate the return and send a replacement.
Please prepare ahead of time and ensure you have help available on the day of delivery, as most items are large and heavy. Upon delivery, open the packaging and inspect the items for damage in the presence of the driver. If the driver is unwilling to wait, you must write:
"Truck driver refused to wait" and "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt.
IF THE PACKAGING OR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, OR IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS REGARDING YOUR DELIVERY:
If the item is damaged, you must write “Product damaged” on the tracking company’s receipt—either the Proof of Delivery (POD) or the Bill of Lading (BOL)—before signing.
If anything is missing, clearly list all missing items on the delivery receipt.
Retain all applicable packaging materials and notify us immediately.
Take clear photos of the damaged items as soon as possible.

If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt (e.g., marked “Received in good condition”) and packaging materials are not retained, it becomes impossible to file a claim with the shipping company, and Catch Home Design cannot assist with the claim.
UNAVAILABILITY OR REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
Once a Catch Home Design representative notifies you that your order is ready to ship, you must be available within 1–3 weeks to accept the delivery.
The trucking company will contact you to schedule the exact delivery date and time window. If you are not available at the scheduled time, the company allows up to 3 days for rescheduling. After 3 days, storage fees will apply, and redelivery fees may be charged.
If you refuse delivery of an item that is not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for both outbound and return freight charges, along with a restocking fee.
If you are unavailable or refuse delivery for any reason, you will be liable for daily storage fees charged by the carrier.
CLAIMS
Any claims beyond what is noted on the delivery receipt are subject to the discretion of Catch Home Design.
If a customer fails to follow our terms and conditions, we are not responsible for any damages, shortages, or other claims.
All claims are reviewed and resolved exclusively by the Claims Department Manager of Catch Home Design. Sales representatives or delivery personnel cannot authorize or resolve claims.
To be eligible for review, a claim must be properly filed within 24 hours, including:
A completed claim form
Clear photos of the damage
All required information
Once submitted, your claim will be reviewed within 3–5 business days, and a resolution will be provided accordingly.
It is the customer's responsibility to follow up and confirm that we received all necessary documentation.
If any item is damaged or suspected to be damaged, it must be marked as “Damaged upon arrival” on the delivery receipt. The driver is required to wait during inspection. If they do not, write “Truck driver refused to wait” and refuse the shipment.
Be as detailed as possible on the delivery slip. A signature without notations is considered acceptance of the delivery “as is,” making you fully responsible for any necessary replacements (including freight) or repairs due to transit damage.
Catch Home Design is not responsible for any claims if the delivery receipt is signed without notation of damage or missing items. All sales are final.

PREPARE FOR YOUR FURNITURE DELIVERY:
✔️ Measure elevators and all doorways to ensure the furniture fits your space
✔️ Plan the best path from your front door to the intended room
✔️ Remove hanging lights, wall art, or other obstacles along the path
✔️ Secure all pets before the delivery
✔️ Ensure that someone 18 years or older is available to sign for delivery
✔️ Clear the area of any furniture, rugs, or obstructions so movers can assemble items safely and efficiently
